I made contact with Lisa from Ireland. I emailed lots of agents, and she was the first to respond. My Sister lives in Canada and made the first phone call to Lisa. My sister said she was 'professional and knowledgeable, and she would be the agent you're looking for'. I trusted her judgment and never looked back; from the start, Lisa gave me knowledge and confidence. A list of properties was drawn up for a week-long trip to Canada from Ireland. It was a big ask, but l needed to secure a house in a week. On a cold wintery day, Lisa met me at the Hotel, and she just took care of everything. The itinerary was well planned and professional. Lisa went above and beyond to secure a home for me. In a competitive market, she fought hard to get me a deal and a home. Not knowing the market or the system, Lisa reassured me and put me at ease. She made it easy for me to put my faith in her, and she came out on top with a beautiful home form me here in Ottawa. I can honestly say without Lisa, and her team l would not have secured a house that week. I would wholeheartedly recommend Lisa as an agent for your house sale or purchase. Lisa and her team are outstanding in their field, honest and conscientious in their work. Lisa, thank you so much for your professionalism and a great experience.

What can I say about Ken and Lisa. We bought our first home almost 8 years ago with them. We were first time home buyers at the time, and had dealt with another realtor before her who honestly made us scared of the whole process. We found Lisa and Ken, and all of the sudden buying a house became everything it should be, FUN! After a bidding war we finally bought the house we would eventually get engaged in, married, and then have two babies. Wow what a perfect stater home. Then recently it came time to sell, and we contacted Ken and Lisa to help us with the process. From day one I felt completely taken care of. From endless viewings of new properties, to open houses, they held our hand every step of the way. In fact, we felt more like old friends then clients of theirs.
